This policy explains how Adelaide Hills Chauffeur Service ("we", "us") handles the information you provide through our mobile app when requesting a chauffeur booking. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to arrange your trip, and we don't sell it or use it for advertising.
When you submit a booking request, we collect the details you enter:
The app does not create user accounts, does not require a password, does not access your device location, and does not take payment. Addresses are entered or selected by you.
Your information is used solely to receive, confirm, and fulfil your booking request. When you submit a booking, the details are sent to our team so we can arrange your chauffeur and contact you to confirm. We may use your phone number or email to follow up about your booking.
We share your booking details only with our own dispatch/booking staff to fulfil the request. Email delivery is handled by our email provider (Resend) purely to send the booking confirmation and our internal alert. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing.
The app uses Google Places to help you enter addresses. Text you type into the address fields is sent to Google to return suggestions, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
We keep booking details for as long as needed to provide and account for our services, then remove them when no longer required. To request deletion of your details, contact us below.
The app is intended for adults arranging transport and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
